GRADES 6-7-8- SUMMER READING

This year's Scranton School District Summer for incoming 6th, 7th, and 8th graders will focus on Connecting to People in Non-Fiction. Please see the attached files for directions and expectations in both English and Spanish. Reading is Fun!!!

EMERGENCY BROADBAND BENEFIT

The Emergency Broadband Benefit will provide a discount of up to $50 per month toward broadband service for eligible families and households who are struggling to stay connected during the COVID19 pandemic. Eligible households can also receive a discount of up to $100 for the purchase of a laptop, desktop computer, or tablet from participating providers. See the following page for more information.

HOMEWORK HELP!

Lackawanna County Library System has the following resources for students! Tutor.com is a free online tool that offers live one-on-one sessions with real tutors and homework help for students in grades K-12 and college. This online service is completely free for individuals who have a Lackawanna County Library System library card and they can be accessed at lclshome.org/find. See the next page for more information.
